Star Home Improvement just replaced our windows and doors, and did an outstanding job at a really reasonable price. I canâ t recommend them enough - great people and they did great work.

If possible, I would award a6.0 in every category. Roland and his team were professional, detailed, courteous and very affordable compared to five other offers for siding. I would strongly encourage anyone with home improvement needs to contact Star.

Superior skills on the door replacement. Fantastic customer service from every employee we talked to and who came to our house to do work. I will hire Star again if I have the chance!

Installation was very fast and professional. Care was taken to limit impact to the occupants during the installation process.

When I discovered that not just one, but several of our builder-grade windows were failing, we decided to bite the bullet and get all new windows for the house. We also decided to get new doors for a walk-out basement. I asked a neighbor about her experience with one of the brand outfits to which she replied “meh” for one window replacement but told me a friend had a great experience with Star Home Improvements. Roland, the company owner, was responsive from the initial inquiry and throughout the process, responding to all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. We discussed options and did some adjusting with the basement walk-out doors. As another customer indicated, no high-pressure sales pitch. We had updates, as expected, because of supply chain issues, but still ended up with the original installation date in January (brrrrrrr). The installation team are an impressive, “well-oiled machine” that work together as if choreographed. The crew manager was responsive when I took him downstairs after I noted a patch of sunlight coming through a small opening at the juncture of the new doors, and he ensured this was remedied having us check it before they left. Roland came by the next day, and we are confident that if we have any issues or need anything addressed, he will be as responsive as he has been from start to finish of the project. I’ve already recommended his company to a realtor friend and actually have another project in mind. Star Home Improvements provides outstanding customer service!

We used Star Home Improvements to replace our front door and couldn't be happier with our experience from beginning to end. When providing the estimate Roland answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and responsive, and we didn't feel pressured at all. Scheduling was a breeze, and when it came time for the installation, the crew was on time and very professional. The door was installed beautifully and to our specifications. Overall we were very happy with Star Home Improvements and will definitely be reaching out for our future exterior needs.

An absolutely phenomenal company that treats customers the way they should be treated. They replaced the windows in my entire home (11 windows) and did an amazing job. They also offer 0% interest financing same as cash options in various lengths, which the clock doesn’t even start for repayments on until installation. This was extremely helpful to me given the large purchase order to do my entire house at once. They are also extremely competitive (in some things 20-40% cheaper) from a pricing standpoint for the same product given they are a small company and don’t maintain substantial overhead. I saved literal thousands of dollars on my windows by going with them for the same product I almost purchased through another company. Roland was also very straightforward with me on all products and never tried to upsell me with things I did not need. He even told me when more expensive products were not worth it and provided me with all of the warranty information for various lines that they offer. He’s been working in this business for a long long time and his experience is evident in conversations with him. He and his wife own the company and they are wonderful. The installers that came were extremely professional, made sure to double check everything with me before installation, protected my house/floors during, and then cleaned up and had me check to make sure everything was good to go afterwards. Very hardworking crew and they did a phenomenal job. I am renovating my entire house top to bottom and one thing I’ve learned is that almost nothing is level or plumb, except my newly installed windows! Made putting my widow casing on extremely easy, which I greatly appreciated! From start to finish I cannot recommend this company enough. Nicest people. I went with the ProVia Aspect windows and they are gorgeous. They also capped the bay window and garage door surrounds for me with PVC so they will never rot again and did an amazing job! I’ll be calling them next year for a roof replacement.

All workers were well experinced in their trade. The job of installing the Patio Door was a problem because of a previous improperly intalled roof which caused water damage to the top, left side panels of plywood and 2 by 4's around the framing had to be replaced. The only issue was that the added work was to be in the estimate.
