WOOD SIDING. . I had to remove rotten cedar siding across the front of the house, cut out and removed bad plywood underneath. Installed new plywood and cedar siding. I also primed and painted new siding.

HARDIE SIDING PROJECT. Repair was not an option. We ended up tearing off two layers of siding, one was Vinyl, and the other a Masonite lap style. We installed new plywood sheathing. And then we installed Hardie Siding. The place looks great.

Water damage repair work. Drywall in garage and bedroom. Base trim in several rooms. Taped spackled and ready for paint.

Bathroom Remodel. Deb hired me several months later to remodel a bathroom. I removed the old tile walls and floor. Tore out the old tub and toilet. I Installed dura rock in tub area. Drywall and spackel. New tub faucet. New Tile walls and floor. New sliding tub glass doors and toilet. Painted the new bathroom. I also did some additional paint and spackel work in the other bathroom.

Plumbing work all over the house. Holes needed to be cut in walls, cabinets and closets to get to the exixiting pipes. Plumber replace all piping as needed. All drywall and cabinets repaired.

Took out tub, built a new shower, new tile, vanity, toilet and light fixtures. Also had interior doors and trim replaced. Plus I had a list of little things I needed fixed. Bill is very nice and does excellent work. I'm very happy with everything.
