Bill is a fantastic contractor, professional, very friendly, respectful, conscientious and a hard worker. He makes sure he does his best work and we are satisfied with the work done and makes sure he is here to oversee anyone he has to bring in to do anything and makes sure they do a really great job too. He worked hard and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I would highly recommend Bill to do your work, you wont be disappointed.

Major Renovation...First Concrete demolition and a new foundation. Built an addition. Stripped the house of two layers of siding. Replaced rotten plywood and Installed new Hardie Siding. Impact Windows and doors. New tile flooring and trim. Interior doors.New paint job, installed new indoor and outdoor light fixtures and ceiling fan ,leaders and gutters and some misc. odd jobs. The Nicest house on the block.

Bill did an excellent job with my ceiling. There was water damage and he did a great job in his repair.

Came in for drywall repair. I found a roof leak that was a slow leaker for years. Plywood was completely rotted out. Roof tiles were removed, new plywood installed. New water proofing installed and roof tiles replace. Leak was fixed. I replaced damaged drywall and insulation. Spackeled repair area and skim coated walls in bathroom. Sanded and ready for paint. After that Tony had me install 2 new toilets and 1 vanity.

Replaced interior doors, and painted them. Soffit repairs, pressure washed pool deck. Repaired cracks around the pool deck and tile on the pool and refinished with new pool deck finish. A bunch of misc. repairs and touch ups.Carpentry and painting. Drywall repairs. We were getting the house ready to put up for sale. We got the house looking good. It sold quickly.

Shower was falling part, water leaked through the tile. Removed the tile and did prep work for new tile. Homeowner supplied the tile they liked and I installed new tile.

Bill the owner saved me over 3/4 of a million dollars recommending I not buy a property he was asked to quote on and he probably saved my marriage. I was hung ho to renovate a property I had in escrow but with his knowledge of what it took to bring the property back he strongly recommended I not buy the property and look for a property with less headaches. I highly recommend him and the man understands all aspects of renovation. Thank you Bill!

Stuart was going to buy an expensive home in Sewalls Point. Beautiful area. We went out to look the house over and get an idea of what we would need to do clean it up enough to move in. Before any remodeling work. I went out the day before I was to meet Stuart at the property. I found so many hidden defects and problems an average home buyer would not notice. when we met the following day at the property we went over everything inside and out. Stuart made the right call and did not buy that house.

Fee charged for the work was higher than others but Bill's quality of work, professionalism and and attention to detail is superior. I would hire Square Deal again without hesitation. Work performed included removing and repairing 3 exterior doors, replace all exterior door knobs and deadbolts, replacement of faulty electrical outlets, remove and replace under cabinet lighting in master and guest bathroom and remove and install new door bell system.

He is always on time and works with your schedule. He's very knowledgeable and answers all your questions, gives great advice on collaborative efforts, and works within your budget to get you exactly what you want. I have been taken advantage of before, so I was very happy to find him as he is very honest and trustworthy. I will be working with him again, in fact he's the only person I will call now, and I would refer him to others as well.

Total Exterior Remodel- I needed to remove the old siding, fascia , trim, soffits, bad plywood, and old screened in porch. I reworked the porch and made it a more open concept to let more natural light into the back of the house. Installed new windows and doors, new fascia, siding, soffit and exterior trim. Painted the exterior, installed new storm door and installed all the new light fixtures. Plus a few minor repairs.

Bathroom remodel. Fixed roof leaks. Installed new screen door, and misc. repairs. The homeowner hired an unlicensed handyman prior to calling me. He made a mess of her place and ran off with her money. I have heard this story before. He was doing the job so cheap, is what she told me. It was clear he did not know what he was doing either. I turned the job around and gave her a beautiful bathroom and took care of a number of odd repairs.

Homeowner needed repair work on his home. He paid an unlicensed handyman to do some repair work on his home. He did the work. But it was terrible. I had to redo it. All is fine now.
