Couldnt fix issue during initial troubleshoot. Then was told I would hear back next day to schedule time to have to rerun a line. Never heard back until 3 days later via email with a quote. Overpriced for service received! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

In your case, the remedy was found to be a more complex project that required an estimate work up and delivery from our office. Although we could not fix your issue upon the first visit (given the complexity of what was needed for the repair), we did deliver an fair and accurate cost within 72 hours for us to return and fix your issue.
