The company offers a quick response to my e mail, And scheduled work for the next day. The technician Greg was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. It was a pleasure being around him. Very appreciative of his surroundings and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend the company and Greg to anyone, especially family and friends.

the job was complicated because another installer had left connections from heated floor tiles in the wrong place Chris and Joe and Anthony had to do a lot of adapting to get connections made I felt that they did an excellent,difficult job.

Lets start by saying that they answered the phone when I called and scheduled an appointment right away. Technician showed up on time. Received text messages that he was on the way. Text provided info about the technician and his vehicle to ensure safety and familiarization. He explained the problem and fixed it promptly. Overall great experience.
