We got pired up with our customer service contact was named AJ, when we called. He was absolutely great! He made time in his schedule to meet us when we could (early mornings, evenings and Saturday). This was particularly important since we were still living in our old home, and could only meet on Saturday at our new house in Cherry Hill. He really listened to what we wanted and made recomendations based on our requests. But, he was not pushy and did not try to sell us on any upgrades, just exactly what he thought was best for us.
