Everything I asked to have done was completed
One of the best companies I ever dealt with. Did everything exactly the way they said they would. Neat & clean work. The two electricians were great.
NOT DEPENDABLE! Asked them to do an estimate for a broken whole house fan. A guy came to my house on September 24th. I was charged 179.00 + tax for a guy to look at my whole house fan. Nice guy, no problems with him. But if you are going to spend 179 dollars just for someone to spend a few minutes diagnosing, the hope is the company will finish the job and it will be a good investment. Texted the owner on 9/30 because I had not heard anything. She said she would send the estimated that day. Did not happen. Texted the owner on October 7. No answer. Texted the owner on October 9. Owner said she would text it to me that day. Never happened. Do not tell a customer you will send them an estimate if you cannot send them an estimate and do not charge a person 179.00 to diagnose a problem if you do not intend to fix it. I texted them the evening October 14th at 7:16pm. I received a text after 10:30 that night stating that they would call me the next morning. I was not called the next morning. I am done.
Hi Philip, We appreciate the honest feedback and sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. To be clear, our first visit on 9/24 was not considered an estimate. It was, in fact, a Troubleshoot that required the use of tools, labor to trace out power sources, disassembling appliances, etc in order to diagnose your electrical issue - apologies if this was not clear enough over the phone. Your issue was found to be a bad whole house fan motor and new whole house fans are not something we keep in stock in our basic truck inventory, hence why a new cost and return trip needed to be provided. We did send the estimate over on a delay due to unexpected company emergencies, however, in our quote, shows a discounted return cost as a result of our delayed quote delivery. We realize the stress this delay may have caused you and we apologize again for the inconvenience. We'd be happy to provide another discount on top of our previous one to help remedy this situation. Nonetheless, a review is a review and we appreciate you giving your feedback anyway! :)
They were professional, nice and got down to business. I also had a hood range for my stove and asked if they could also install it while they were her- They said YES!!! Knowledgeable and would use them again
Call this company early in d morning and was able have their technicians come over late afternoon. They re very professional and did a great job!
Ron & Brandon came the same day. Sized up the rather small job. Ran the wiring and installed the range hood which the original installers left undone. Cleaned up and were gone in an hour. I would rehire and recommend Spotlight again. Jim N.
