Howard was very prompt and helped me on my appriasal for my home. He also helped me when I had a problem with the report and I feel he is a honest guy that will give you a fair market value. Would hire again.

I was able to schedule the appraisal right away which was great. There were a few errors in the appraisal in regards to when the house was built. When I pointed this out it was corrected right away and a corrected copy was sent immediately. None of the errors affected the final price. I rushed the whole process. Without the need for correction all rating categories would be given 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this appraiser.
