Mr. Spitzer was prompt and professional, and pleasant. I was comfortable showing him around my very lived-in home. We wanted the appraisal for refinancing, and he gave us additional information on options we hadn't considered. Although my appraisal value wasn't what I had hoped for, I believe it is honest and fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howard, or to use his services again if the need arises.
