I have used your service before and always have been very happy with the people who came and the quality and value of their job done. But I have never given anyone a 5 star rating until now. If you had a 6 or 7 star I would have given it. Mr. Spitzer was verythorough and kept in touch with me throughout. He called me and emailed thought the whole appraisal. He checked my park but also the closest park to my address. He have me the true value of my property without biased. I will recommend him and use him again. Also out of all the other appraisers he gave a personal discount of $50.00. I can't say enough good things about this generous man. He is a real gentleman. Thank you for recommending mr. Howard Spitzer.

I'm still waiting for the results I was told I would have them in a few days its been over a week No one call I had to call I was told I would have the results first thing this morning. I'm still waiting

Informed (consumer name withheld per their request). that there was data that I needed from the Dunellen Tax Assessor but he was on vacation. Also he is a part time assessor and is only in the office on Monday and Wednesday night's So it was necessary to wait for him to return Sorry it took so long

Howard prepared an Appraisal Report for an estate property. He responded back to us immediately, on a Saturday!! Fast.. Howard is very skilled at his profession, very thorough, knowledgeable and extremely detailed..Prepared a complete appraisal. Report was delivered within a few days. Great communications. Howard Spittzer did a home appraisal on my parents' home (estate sale). He responded very quickly, made it easy to schedule an appointment, arrived on time, was very personable and professional and did a great job all around. We also received the report very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
