Bob did excellent work for a great price. He when out of his way to help me and scheduled to do additional work for us in the next few weeks.

Bob conducted himself as you could only wish all subs would. He was prompt, professional, reasonably priced and did exactly what was agreed upon. End result was a PERFECT job!

I was pleased with every aspect of the job. I had about 500 sq. feet of my basement epoxy coated. Robert is straight forward in his approach, friendly and courteous and he does excellent work. I liked the fact that he was genuinely excited about how good the job looked when he was done ie. he took pride in his work. He is not the cheapest in price, but he knows what he is doing and gives good value of the money.

When the job was done it looked perfect. After a few days we found a small problem with the work. I called on a Sunday expecting to get voice mail but instead I got Rob the owner and the one who did the vast majority of the work. He came over the following day and gave me choices which included doing the job completely over. We came up with a solution which Rob thought would work. We tried his solution and the floor again was perfect. Even though I thought the floor came out perfect, he told me to make sure my wife was happy. He told me he would still do the floor completely over if my wife wasn't 100% satisfied. I had some lower quotes to do the floor, but Rob was the only one willing to come out and see the floor and the only one who would give me a written quote. All other companies basically told me that they had a base price per square foot and if there were some thing they they did not consider basic it would cost more. I am glad I went with Rob and his company.

We used them for our basement floor and we got epoxy. It came out wonderful! The service and professional was excellent!!

They get the work done fast and neat, they also assured me that they will fix anything wrong with their work. So far, no leakage.

New home with a leak in the crawl space. Mr. Bacarella waterproofed the whole crawl space. Also patched a couple of crack in the main part of the unfinished basement. Job was completed October 2012. Since then we've had a number of rainstorms and Super-Storm Sandy...No More Leaks! A couple of years ago, I had also hired Specialty applications at my former home to fill some cracks before I had the basement remodeled. I was very please with the service back then also.

The contractor worked very fast and knew his business.
