We had a great experience with this inspection service. Our agent scheduled the inspection late in the afternoon on Day 1, and Scott arrived promptly at 11:15 AM the next day (Thursday) as planned. He was thorough and professional, completing the inspection by around 3 PM. Scott clearly communicated next steps and let us know he would work on the report on Friday. As promised, he delivered the report Friday afternoon, giving us enough time to review everything ahead of the Saturday open house. We really appreciated the quick turnaround, clear communication, and reliability throughout the process. Highly recommend!

We had Scott do an inspection of the home that we were selling and were very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. So much so that after we bought our new house and found some issues and even though the previous owners had their home inspection done before selling we wanted Scott to go over new home for ourselves. Very pleased with his evaluation and professionalism. Reports are concise and helpful. Would definitely use again if the need arises.

He inspected every small thing inside/ outside the house

Scott was fabulous to work with and was extremely detailed with his inspection. He took an ample amount of time to walk us through the inspection report immediately upon completion. Because of Scott, we feel confident that we have all of the information we need to prioritize the findings of his report.

Our agent (Mary Austin of Best Choice, big shout out to her too) recommended Scott after working frequently with him for years and we are so glad we found him! We had some big questions on the seller's inspection as it seemed to miss some things that even we noticed. We are very glad Scott helped us as he did uncover issues that were missed. Uncovering these issues did lead to us asking for, and quickly getting, a reduction of $5,000 (which was trying to be on the conservative end as we love the home). But he was able to help us confirm that we were okay on any of the big, dealbreaker issues we were concerned with. So, he played a huge part in helping us find our home and we are very grateful!

Scott is really amazing at his job. With many years of experience I can tell he definitely has a process that is effective and efficient. He inspected the home as if it were to be his own purchase. While meticulous and observant he also made conscious effort to keep the home clean. He allowed me to shadow his inspection which was very helpful and opened up many questions which he spent time answering. I never felt like he brushed me off just so he can complete the job already. He made sure I was properly advised and informed. His report is thorough and concise. I highly recommend Scott and would reach out to him again for our next home purchase.

Scott was very professional and informative, he provided us with a thorough inspection report that was exactly what we were looking for. He also provided suggestions for maintenance and modifications for safety concerns. He was very courteous and I would definitely recommend him. He knows what he is doing and he is excellent at what he does. His service was 10/10!

Scott will make himself available even under a short notice. Scott is thorough with pictures and his explanation of his findings. Very friendly easy to tell with and he makes you feel at ease while he performs his skill. I recommend Scott very much so. I have had 6 different home inspectors in my time and Scott was the very best if them.
