We had mold damage along with a compromised sub floor and not only did they bring it to my attention, they replaced and repaired what was salvageable and turned my bathroom into one of the seven world wonders. My family and I barely used this bathroom and now the kids line up in the morning to use. Anyways pictures speak a million words so don't take my word on it, you can see for yourself. "We had mold and rodent mitigation services performed in June 2024, in addition to new attic insulation installed (both batts and cellulose), plus removal of our old insulation. The team (Phillip and Troy) were very responsive, they completed the whole project in one day (even though I was expecting it to take two days), and they provided some nice extra touches like adding a platform in the attic that we could use for storage and adding some extra batts at no extra charge to several parts of the attic that we hadn't planned on. Even though the company is relatively new, they have been doing insulation, mold and rodent mitigation work for many years and it's clear when talking with them that they're knowledgable and very focused on excellent customer service. "Arlin did a great job on our loft house. The ceiling slants from 8 ft in the loft to 24 ft above great room. Arlin protected all windows and the nice beam that spans the house and did a very clean spray job. He left the worksite very clean when he was finished. You will be impressed with his work and work ethics. Highly recommend!"

"The lake atitlan, insulation team just finished replacing our old blown in insulation in our attics with white R-38 rolled batt insulation. Overall, we were very happy with their work and attention to detail. Everything was spotless when they left. They were also a few thousand dollars less expensive than a bid we got from a larger local chain. The old insulation was blocking the soffit vents (under the gutters) allowing moisture and black mold to develop on the underside of the roof sheeting. First, they built a plastic tunnel from the front door up to the upper attic access door in the top of a closet near the bedrooms. This prevented any debris from the job filtering into the house as well as protecting the carpet. Next, they removed all the old insulation with the assistance of a giant vacuum. The black mold on the underside of our roof sheeting was treated and the new insulation installed. It now looks like a field of freshly fallen snow up there and no blocked vents."
