They were friendly, professional and did a good job. They did not test for the leak tho'. It was a bit difficult to find a time that worked for them and me.

Hired this company to replace all my skylights in my house. Since then, I have had to contact them on four different occasions for the same skylight because it continues to leak. The floor in my house has now started to bubble up and the owner is blaming me for my roof. I recently had a roofer come out to take a look and he has confirmed it is not the roof. The company will not answer my calls and talk to me. I recently received a text telling me they will fix it but will not say when. I am concerned about rain leaking into my house again when it starts raining but unfortunately, this appears to be a **take the money and run company** and I am on my own. I can hire another company to fix it but it doesnt seem fair. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and noticed I was not the only complaint they have had.

I had four skylight domes replaced. They were 33 years old, brittle and cracked. Another company, at no charge to me, had come and taped over the cracks. I didnâ t really think that was going to be a good solution. Mr. Alvarez had contacted me and I decided to give him a call. We have had a ton of rain in the last two weeks since they were replaced and I have had no problems. Mr. Alvarez, was personally on the roof and assured me that the roof itself was in good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Solalite staff were very polite and professional. They knew exactly what we needed. The tech that came out to install the dome solar light was fast, and cleaned up work area. The price for the high quality work they did was perfect for us. We highly recommend them.
