Signature Pools

Chris from Signature Pools was great. Always professional and there to take care of any issues. Crew working on the pool kept area clean and hardly noticed they were even there. Heard a lot of horror stories dealing with pool companies and Signature Pools made the process super easy, gave me the best price, and stuck to what they said. No issues or concerns which made whole process seem simple.

Chris and his crew were amazing start to finish. All were very clean and knowledgeable. The scheduling and communicating were great and always correct. You never felt rushed when asking questions or wanting to make changes. I would highly recommend everyone to use them. Our pool has never looked better!

Chris and his team were wonderful to work with. The bid was right in our budget and the pool is per effect. They removed a diving board and built a water feature using stone that matched our landscaping stone. It runs off our existing pump. They worked with us and were able to install border tile we supplied so it is truly custom and exactly what we wanted. We had only one minor weather delay. They were always in time, worked relentlessly and were done quickly. No complaints. Highly, highly recommended them.

I had several companies provide quotes for my pool tile replacement project and the price Signature Pools quoted was pretty aligned with their competitors' prices. What really sold me on them was their organization and responsiveness. They were the only team that showed up when they said they would, sent me the paperwork I expected on time, and communicated clearly about the process at each step. Chris went out of his way to get me sample tiles where agents from other companies planned to send me to the tile distributors myself to get samples. Once finalized, the team came out in the agreed upon timeframe to efficiently complete the job in ~2.5 days. The installation is beautiful and solid, and I'm so excited to spend this summer in my back yard.

They were prompt, polite, professional and I wouldnâ t hesitate to use again or recommend for pool services or stone work. They modified my outdoor kitchen area to accommodate and installed a new gas grill. Very satisfied!
