This is the second job we've had Bob, Dan and Co. do for us and we couldn't be happier. They've done exterior trim replacement and most recently a powder room remodel. Their work is the highest quality and they're incredibly good at communicating. They're completely professional and also some of the nicest people to have around. We're already looking at two more projects we would like to have them do. Highly recommended.

They showed up as promised and did a great job replacing portions of my porch and deck railing and support posts. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up the work area and did not damage any plants. When all was said and done the owner, Bob, and I reviewed all the work as he wanted to be sure I was happy with the job. The best part is it actually cost less than he estimated. How often does a contractor charge you less than they quote? I highly recommend them and would hire them again with no hesitation.

Dan called right away and was professional and nice on the phone. He came over to look at the project in a timely manner. He came the next day, along with Bob, to fix the problem. I originally hired Scalia Development to replace two rotting poles holding up a patio roof. Bob was wonderful to work with, he explained everything in detail. Always kept in contact with me, & he did a superb job of replacing the poles. I was so pleased that I hired him to redo my bathroom, which will be done in the next month. I already recommended him to a neighbor.

Contract called for material cost to be passed on directly to me. However, materials cost went over original budget which was expected, but when asked for visible Home Depot receipts to balance back to my bill, unable to provide. Materials under deck left a mess that I have to clean up.
