Mr. Scalia and son were so professional and yet friendly and approachable with my many questions I had. They were more than happy to explain things to me about the work they were doing. They were very efficient with their assignment and obviously experienced. I will definitely contacting them again for work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone whoâ s looking for someone to build, repair etc. you wonâ t be sorry!

Our house burned down in a devastating fire. We hired Bob and his crew to complete the demolition and remove all the debris. We couldn't believe how quickly they were able to complete the work. Pricing was fair and the work done very professional. Our daughters were impressed by the work as well as the compassion and kindness shown by all of the crew. We highly recommend this company. If we need work done on our future home, we would hire them in a heartbeat.

My husband and I had a porch that really needed some work and Bob and Dan did an amazing job! We now have a porch that looks great and is structurally sound. They also got it done super quick and tidied everything up wonderfully! Will definitely be hiring them again in the future for more projects!

Ours was a last minute antique porch railing repair, on 3 separate porches of an antique home. We were days away from hosting an outdoor wedding when we deiced the railing were simply unsafe for a large gathering. I liked the reviews on Angi of Scalia Development. Bob answered me quickly , arranged to come and see the site, on a Sunday no less, and give an estimate within 48 hours. He and Dan carefully listened to what we needed, evaluated the problems, offered excellent suggestions and provided a contract quickly. The turnaround was only 5 working days. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and at a very fair price. They gave careful consideration regarding the age and design of the house when they designed the Newel post. Simply amazing! I would give Bob and Dan 6 stars if possible (cliché, I know). From the moment we reached out to Bob about our above-ground pool removal, to the moment they left our property after completing the job, Bob and Dan were nothing short of perfect. First, Bob replied to my wifeâ s inquiry within minutes. He took the time on the phone to listen to our needs, went over what the process would look like, and provided a very fair quote. He even made time the SAME DAY to come over to our property to examine the situation. He gave us a very detailed explanation of what to expect and how he would go about removing the pool. He carefully examined the garden around the pool, the various access points to the pool, and just generally paid attention to every detail. After Bobâ s initial visit, I felt very comfortable moving forward with him. I asked him how long he was scheduling out and he said a couple of weeks. A completely reasonable time-frame for a busy contractor. But it gets better! Later that evening, Bob called and said due to a few fortuitous factors, he could come over early the very next morning and remove the pool. I couldnâ t believe it! The next morning came and Bob and Dan showed up exactly when they said they would. They brought two trucks and all their equipment to demolish and carry away all pool related materials. What impressed me most was the efficiency of their work, their attention to detail, and the fact that they didnâ t ruin a single flower or plant in the surrounding gardens! Did I mention Bob and Dan had the best attitudes of any contractor Iâ ve every hired? They had smiles on their faces, many kind words, and were overall very pleasant. Once Bob and Dan finished their work, they surveyed the site where the pool use to be with me and my wife and went over everything to make sure the completed work was to our satisfaction. And boy was it! I had them leave the sand that was under the pool for an upcoming fire pit project. They even raked the sand so it looked like a zen garden! Talk about leaving a place in better shape than you found it. All in all, I could not have imagined a better experience. I will be hiring Bob for every contracting need I have from here on out and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
