We've hired Scalia Development for 3 different jobs now. They've repaired our deck, tore down a rotting chimney and repaired the roof, and they opened up an interior wall to make it a pony wall. They've done a fantastic job each time! They think through what we're asking for and help us come up with the best solution. I hired Bob and Dan to build a set of stairs from our morning room out and down to our back patio. Bob called back the same day I left a message notifying him about the project. Within two days Bob and his son Dan came to the house to do preliminary measurements and provided a price for the job. As they build the stairs I was always kept updated on progress and at the end of every day, I was given a summary of the work completed. But what impressed me the most was their professionalism, amiability, attention to detail, and friendliness. They always had a smile and kind words to my rather naive questions. The quality of the finished stairs was similar to that of an Abrams tank (I am a retired Marine so I am familiar with high quality). The stairs are indestructible, immovable, and impeccable. Attention to detail and excellence of work are Bob and Dan"s trademark and calling card! And because of these attributes, I have already hired them for another project. And as we would say in the Marines I say to Bob and Dan: Semper Fi, a job well done!

Bob and Dan came same day I got in touch with them on Home Advisor. They gave me an estimate the same day and came back less than 2 weeks later to do the job. The work is excellent and was completed efficiently. They were professional and friendly at the same time. I would advise hiring them to do any job, large or small!
