Salazar Alvarez Tree Service, LLC

We hired Salazar Alvarez Tree Service to remove a dangling, dead branch and the thick branch above it, specifically to avoid damaging the new Outdoor Portable Storage Shed set up underneath. I had repeatedly asked them to be careful with the tent, as a hole would compromise its waterproofing. In the end, they finished the job leaving a hole in the shed'sdoor. Words cannot express my frustration. The tent was new and expensive, and now we are left with a patched tent that is no longer waterproof. Please, never let these people work unsupervised; we paid a heavy price for our mistake today to let them work without watching.

For me: Customer Service was amazing. They came out surveyed the area ,went work. The team , as they were completing their work, they kept me in the loop with every step until work was completed, trees they were trimmed. Very knowledgeable regarding safety, very respectful of my property. They trimmed the trees, cleaned up the the trimmings on the ground. Raked my yard where the work was done.They never took a break "WOW Factor " I tried to give them water...they smiled and kept working. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Experts at their jobs each employee had a position while working. Claudia, Team leader was very knowledgeable and kept me in loop on all Great company, excellent work performance.

When someone comes to you with a much lower bid than anyone else, you tend to get cold feet, you think "you get what you pay for". Well, it was not the case here. This was an extremely complicated job because this tree was huge, with branches over my home and garage and electric wire in 3 different areas around this tree. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard to get the job done in a safe manner, every branch was slowly lowered to the ground, nothing slammed into the roofs of either structure. After the work was completed, they spent a long time cleaning the area up, you hardly knew I had a tree cut in the yard. They did a fantastic job.
