They came out and gave me a lower cost option and competed it including filling carpenter bee holes all in about two hours. Serge told me he does not miss any holes because he does not want to come back. He said staining my deck would help a lot, but he doesn’t do that which was fine as I have someone to do it. A little too early to tell on the bee issue, especially with sudden cold snap.

Serge has impeccable work ethic, he came to inspect for the carpenter ant problem I had, He was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided the inspection pro gratis and suggested I call him for any future problems. Wish all service companies and personnel were just like him. Highly recommend this company

I have used Safeway TPC many times and am a repeat customer. Serge couldn't be a more genuine and high caliber guy. Safeway TPC staff has successfully helped me with multiple groundhogs eating my garden, raccoons getting in my trash, 3 different yellow jacket nests in the ground. Safeway TPC has helped me with snakes several times trying to eat my birds. They have all the right knowledge and tools. I also use Safeway TPC on a regular basis for termite control with sprays. Speaking of termites I hired them to apply termite control in the foundation while building my home. They know all the laws and have the certifications. Serge knows his stuff. I wouldn't trust anyone else to help with pests than Safeway TPC. They also have repaired holes and entryways for pests to get in my house. Safeway TPC has a very experienced and capable staff. It would be a mistake to pass up on them and call a national brand where they don't care about you. Call Safeway TPC, it's a locally owned business and they will make sure you're a satisfied customer.

Too soon to determine 'value for money.' Serge was very professional and arrived on time. I liked the fact that he described the procedure he was going to follow in great detail and he was able to explain the chances of success. After doing the estimate, there was was no pressure to hire him on the spot.
