He was professional, detailed in his inspection, assessment and recommendations. He was extremely helpful in explaining the structure concerns and the likelyhood of the deterioration. While the written report is a few days away (as commited) there is absolute confidence that it will reflect the observed inspection, and discussed issues and recommendatons.

I had questions about the foundation and structure of a home I was considering buying. Steve was able to quickly get me a time slot scheduled to do the inspection. While doing the walkthrough, he was very porfessional and kept a good, open dialogue about what he noticed as concerns and things that were positive. He did a great job of assessing and inspecting all of the areas I had a concern with and made sure to point out and make me aware of the things that I wasn't aware of. Between addressing concerns, he was able to give insight about how the issues should best be repaired. I would and will happily contact Steve again for future structural and inspection issues.

Steven Whitican, answered all our questions and concerns plus gave us more information and resources that was so helpful. He was professional and very through. We had a couple of cracks in our basement that was concerning and questions about working drains by our basement windows, he addressed everything plus more information was given. I difinately would hire him again, he is honest and knows his stuff. Linda and Bob
