Stop reading the reviews and just CALL STEVEN! After buying a 100+ year old home with sagging floors, I scoured the internet for reviews of a great engineer. Steven is so much more than that! He was able to analyze all of our structural issues AND design and create Architectural Drawings for a large dormer! He's not only a one-stop shop for any needs you may have for your renovation - he develops MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS for your unique situation. Specifically he was able to design a dormer and internal support which all tied together and essentially fixed two issues with one design! Then to make things even better, he was able to communicate directly with my contractor and offer him multiple ways to address each issue - allowing my contractor to pick the most cost effective route. Steven has a unique blend of the ability to see the big picture, design really creative solutions, and at the same time not 'over-engineer' a solution which some others tend to do! If we ever need anything structural or architectural again we will be calling Steven!

Steven was professional, on time and was able to help me (firs time home buyer with a 120 year old house) get to the root of our sagging floor problem. He has saved us so much money by giving us the cause AND repairs needed. I highly recommend you use Steve first to really know your home needs instead of big name foundation companies who might try to upsell your issues.     HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
