Started the work on Monday and finished on the following Saturday. Andrew and his crew did their best to maintain the architectural integrity of our older home. His workers were dedicated and always showed up on time.

When I first spoke to Andrew at SI Maintenance I explained to him that I wanted my front stairs repaired, he said that I would be wasting my time repairing them because next year they would have to be repaired again, he said that he did not want to take my money because he knew that I would not be happy with just repairing it, he said if I didn't want to rebuild the whole thing he didnt think he was the man for the job. He submitted the price and left. At first I thought he just wanted to make money but I was wrong. I had three other contractors come to my home that same day and everyone of them just wanted to repair the problem. None of them said I should do the whole thing, and each one came in at more than half of what Andrew was going to charge me to rebuild my entire stairs. I called Andrew back the same day and hired him. He was the most honest contractor I have ever dealt with it wasn't just about making money it was about making my wife and I satisfied, and the work was better then I expected. I need more work done around my home, and Andrew and his crew will definitely be back to work on it. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Andrew for anyone who is looking to renovate or remodel their house!! His work is great and professional! His prices are not he cheapest but great for the quality of the work he's done!!
