SIMCORP installed a 40'x10' concrete driveway for me in March 2015. By January, 2017 I noticed flaking and peeling throughout the entire slab. I contacted Andrew, the owner, to come and see. He states "cars are junk now compared to 15 years ago, all materials are made poorly now. there is no guarantee on concrete work. You are not supposed to put any salt on it" Beware: his contract has lots of do's and dont's -- but nothing about "no guarantee" for the quality of his work, and no instructions for future maintenance. Be prepared to re-invest in the same work within an unreasonable period of time.

I would highly recommend them. They were professional, clean, and they did wonderful work. They did a great job with everything from beginning to end. Very prompt and courteous.

It is a pleasure to review the work performed by SI Maintenance Corporation. After interviewing several contractors, my family felt most comfortable with Andrew the owner of SI Maintenance Corporation. We signed our contract at the end of November 2016 and work commenced on December 5, 2016 and was completed on January 18, 2017. Every Monday - Friday workers arrived promptly at 7AM to 3PM. All work areas were spotless at the end of each day. The job included repairing cracks in the foundation, gutting the entire basement and attic, completely remodeling both floors including two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two stairwells The painting, tiling, woodwork, carpeting, electrical and plumbing were beyond satisfactory. Andrew was polite and professional. His work ethic speaks for itself. He was present every day and is completely hands on. In addition, he was very helpful with suggestions that enhanced the overall job. Most importantly, he personally addressed any questions and concerns immediately. I highly recommend SI Maintenance Corporation. In fact, friends have signed a contract with Andrew after seeing his work and hearing our feedback. It has been a real treat working with Andrew on a rather large project. My family is 100% satisfied with everything. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed!!

Andrew and the SI Maintenance Corporation crew arrived on time every day. Showed great respect for myself and my property. Their focus on the smallest detail was never overlooked. At the end of every working day they cleaned up so that you never knew there was a job going on. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend their service to family and friends, close to me.

andrew came for the estimate the same day i called. he was thorough and explained exactly what he was going to do and gave me the price. they came when they said they would and were early. the entire job was completed in a few hours and they left everything clean and neat. i would recommend SI Maintenance for any type of work they do. he is in my list of call again.

To say Andrew and his crew did a great job is an understatement, he had help build/made our dream house became a reality. For any other contractor, this might just be like any other major renovation for them, but for Andrew, its beyond just that. His passion, dedication, experience, professionalism, time/people management, and attention to detail are second to none. He made sure we understand and most importantly, are happy and satisfied with each and every single step throughout the whole process. Very straight forward, informative and will let you know if something doesn't look right or make sense. We can't remember ever having to leave a voicemail for Andrew, always picked up our calls. The amount of work within the amount of time that they took to finish the project was simply amazing. Not only did Andrew did everything we had asked for, he did much more, which is unheard of. We truly believe that we could not have gotten a better gc, at the same token, we felt very fortunate to have chosen Andrew to do the job. Just like anyone who brought a new house and needed major renovation, we were extremely worry about finding the right gc and have heard many, if not tons of horror stories and we are glad to say that we will not be one of them. Every time we show our friends and family pictures update of the renovation, the response are always non other than "WOW". Andrew had transformed an old 1975 house into a very delicate modern 2015 home for us in less than 4 weeks. Recommending Andrew to everyone we know will be our mission!!! We will miss those morning calls from Andrew, to this date we still not sure if he ever sleeps, lol.
