Andrew was AMAZING. Its so hard to get a contractor to call you back let alone call you back and answer your texts. His work is neat and precise. He started with my kitchen and continued to do my entire house. He is the most trustworthy and dependable contractor ive ever worked with.

I hired Sim Corp to renovate my entire home. Andrew the owner was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the project before starting. Kept me informed every step of the way and saved me money by inputting his expertise with my kitchen cabinets and appliances and bathroom lay out. Workers are very respectful and on time from Start to finish and The job site was immaculate at the ends of each workday. Job was completed in 2 months time I was elated I highly recommend this company for all home renovations

I am terrified of losing my life savings, someone has to stop this man who has no good references and give me my money back, and just get out of the contract that I have with this company, he really is not reliable.

Prompt everyday of construction, started on time, kept me apprised all the way through.. Andrew was on site twice a day to check on progress with crew. Crew leader very knowledgeable, kept things moving also all crew members great to interact with. Reasonably priced. Construction quality superb. Rare to see all these qualities in one contractor. Andrew is very professional and informative. His enthusiasm is contagious! We knew we hired the right person as soon as we told him our vision for the second floor. The suggestions he made for the job were on point and the price quote was fair. His crew is courteous and respectful. They were on time the entire time that they were at our house. Andrew promised to have the demo completed, sheet rocked and moldings placed in one week and he came through! He got the job done as promised. Beautiful work. I made 2 rooms into one to make a larger living room. Andrew gave me suggestions I wouldn't have thought of, like high hat in the room. And he never upsold me. If I said "do you think I should do this', he'd say "you really don't need that." I trusted him and he did a beautiful job. His workers were wonderful and took care of the job in a professional and timely manner. The job was completed quickly. There was a method and a timing to the work. Andrew was here every day to make sure of the progress and the quality of the work. If I could, I'd give them 100 stars. They were great and by the time the job was completed, they were like family. You won't go wrong trusting Andrew with any job you need. He and his crew are tops!
