"Very impressed with Family Shield. I received a quick response; and within a day's time my problem was addressed and resolved. Jeff was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and then gave me alternative choices to help me feel comfortable with my decision. Jeff completed the first phase of the project which was the vanity in my laundry room and then sent two employees the same afternoon to complete the spraying of the attic. Project completed. I made the right choice. There would be no hesitation to rehire Family Shield Pest Control if needed in the future. I will also highly recommend this company to family and friends."
