Reviews
Write a ReviewDavid has been a pleasure to work with on many of mine and my family's projects. We have him on a retainer since my husband is a contractor. We have/had David complete additions, pole barns, parking garages, office buildings. He has met all of our expectations and always on time.
David Valenti misses promised due dates, provides poor quality detail on his drawings and is difficult to work with. His ability to communicate is subpar. I ended up paying the amount of the contract agreement just to get him out of the way as he had delayed our project by over a month. HE DOES NOT HAVE THE SKILLS TO BE ON HIS OWN.
David Valenti came out to inspect the house. He told me I would have the report within a couple of weeks. He claims he emailed it twice. I never received it. I asked him to mail it and I have never heard another word from him . He was a no show no call with the original appointment. I called him to re-verify the date and time. This should have been my first red flag!
Very professional and personable.
I will definitely recommend this company to others.
He did an excellent job and the documentation was great, very nice and professional. He worked with me on my schedule to get the job done. Well worth the money we spent.
They did a tremendous and thorough job and I was very impressed.
Dave did a very thorough review of our home structure and we are confident that he had the right outcome.
