I was very pleased with the work Shane C Construction did on my chimney. They rebuilt the existing chimney replacing all the rotted wood and replaced the cap and completing it to look just like the original. They were careful to preserve the original siding so it could be reused and match the rest of the house. The team was very efficient and worked long hours to get the job completed before cold weather set in. They cleaned up every day so that there was no mess in the yard during construction. Communication was excellent as they informed me of their schedule and answered all questions as the job proceeded. The unit works and look great!

My project consisted primarily of a walk out basement that had block/brick retaining walls on each side. Basically, each side was falling in taking with it a patio deck that rested on top of it. This was a very challenging project and the four previous companies that came by to look at it appeared either intimated by it or just plain clueless how to resolve. Shane Ellison, the owner stopped by and gave a fair and reasonable estimate and commented that it would be a pretty easy project for his skilled team. My walk out basement and retaining walls were completely rebuilt and look absolutely fabulous! In addition to Shanes great team members, it was refreshing to see how engaged the owner of the company stayed along with his frequent site visits throughout the entire lifecycle of this project. Thanks again Shane C. Construction for such an AWESOME JOB!!! I definitely recommend them as well as would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Chad .S
