The project was delayed without any notice. When I called to find out the schedule they said they'd let us know in advance, but started the job soon after without any warning. So, I'd say communication wasn't great. Otherwise it was a good experience and they did a good job.

The job looks good, so we are content. But dealing with Ryan was difficult. We should have had full info up front instead of having to make decisions along the way. One of the company was awfully rude.

John cares about his customers and provides a good quality product. His organization could benefit from a serious look at how communication works between the various parties..customer, sales, management and field staff. Some issues that should have been minor, in my opinion, were not handled properly by John's team. Poor communication resulted in thier needing to reinstall the same piece of work three times, before it was done correctly. I give John credit for staying with the job, but imagine this must cost him $$. Getting his team to understand what has to happen - doing the job right the first time should be a company priority. These people charged top dollar for the roof and told me they would have the job done in one day. Well they did not and left it ope to rain which then messed up my insulation and cielings. Also I had to call them back several times to fix basic things that should have beendoen correctly to begin with! I would not reccomend this contractor.....
