job began 6 months after date given to me, communication was extremely poor, phone calls were not returned, was asked to pay final payment prior to work being completed. overall very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company. I hope I never need a service call because I am sure they wouldn't respond.

Much of the work was done with snow on the ground...as snow melted I called and asked if they could help pick up the nails. There was no indication that they would come back to do a cleanup.

The sales person are not very reliable when the schedule of the window delivery was delay. I had to chase them until I got the owner to respond to me. He was courteous and ok. The supervisor that showed up was a joke as he was not knowleadgeble at all in customer service and when I was given the wrong windows, he said that there were no such window thatI had order. I had to resolved that with the sale person who was very reluctant to show up until he had no choice. The installer was super good and very qualify. thank you Tom. He made it up for all the frustration I received from the company. Lastly,I will not be using or recommending this contractor again. I made my final payment and have not received my receipr or warranty paper yet. I think I will need to chase them again.
