I would give negative stars if possible. The job is incomplete, where the floor is seal there are sanding marks left in the floor, the color stain is nothing close to the color I approved and they did not even remove all of the previous stain so it looks terrible. They took advantage of opportunities they were not immediately supervised and wandered through the house without permission and took photos of valuables. Mulutiple excuses were provided for why the full job was not completed and they refused to provide materials for me to finish the job. As time goes on it is clear I will have to hire someone else to fix all the messes that were left. In messages trying to get them to finish the job I was told they went above and beyond. They were given multiple opportunities to make things right but stopped responding and just made excuse after excuse. Highly recommend you do not even consider this contractor.

First of all, the color was approved by your husband who was there the entire time.,We did several repairs that I did not charge you for because you were in a bad spot with your family issues. Every bit of the previous finish was removed. There were a few edger marks that did not get sanded out which is the reason you got two extra coats of polyurethane that you were not charged for. Your husband was very happy with the job and tipped us $500. You were the most rude customer that I have ever had in the past 10 years of me doing floors. You had your 3 dogs walking all over the floor the entire time. We did so much extra stuff for you tha

Trying to find a reason to NOT give a 5c star review and I honestly can't. Sean was quick to come and give a quote, gave a great price i couldn't pass up and got started the next day. He's very personable to talk to and passionate about his job. He did an amazing job and I'll be calling when I need my upstairs done. Don't hesitate to call him. You won't be sorry.

Sean did an excellent job on our floors. We had 700 square feet of hardwood floors to refinish, and were on a time crunch to move in to the house. He got the job done very quickly for us, and we couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out. Sean is very easy to communicate with and worked with us on all of our needs. He gave us a fair price and worked hard. I highly recommend Rusty Woods Renovations.

Rusty Woods Renovations refinished the wood floors in my daughters bedroom. She was ecstatic how it transformed the whole room. They gave me an estimate that was fair. They started the job promptly and were finished in a matter of days. I would %100 recommend them. Bonus, Sean is a wonderful person and a pleasure to be around.. Give him a shot, you wonâ t be disappointed.
