Very helpful and knowledgeable. Seemed interested in solving our problem and we are very satisfied with Pedro's work. We would definitely hire him/Ruiz again.

He was late for both of the appts but called to let us know. My husband is happy with the work as the oversized gate was built as he requested. The crew was friendly and efficient. We would use his company if we needed another project done.

They guy said he could do the job but never followed up with me to do the job.

Great experience

I hired Pedro and his crew based on a phone call I received from Pedro after entering my information in HomeAdvisor. He came out the next day to survey my yard and then emailed me a thorough estimate including the materials to be used and the work to be done (installing a French drain, and replanting my front lawn). Pedro and his crew performed the work just as described in the estimate. After a few days, I noticed that there was still a little bit of water surfacing on the newly planted turf. I called Pedro to inform him of this, and he came out later that week to survey the situation. He determined that there was actually an old drain pipe that had broken and was running underneath the newly planted lawn. He and his crew promptly dug up the newly planted lawn, and installed a new drain pipe to channel the water into the French drain that he had previously installed. Then they proceeded to put down a new layer of sand/soil mix and re-planted the lawn again - all of this with NO additional charge. I plan to hire Pedro and his crew again this spring to do some additional landscaping/tree trimming in my yard. I would highly recommend Ruiz Landscaping Services to anyone that wants a job well done at a fair price!
