I am not one that usually writes reviews but in this case, I feel the need. I wanted to install hardwood flooring in one room and refinish existing hardwood in another. I researched and received 8 bids from different companies. If you're spending that amount of money, you want to make sure you're getting your monies worth. Not only were Royal Surfaces the lowest price, they were the most professional to deal with. I had a ton of questions and Paula was amazing and answered all of them in a timely manner and to my liking. Alex and David who installed the flooring were just as amazing! Our floors look fantastic! They had everything completed within a week. If you have any hardwood flooring projects, don't hesitate to call Royal Surfaces.

Our home project started spiraling out of control. What started out as just painting a room turned into have our hardwood floors refinished. Royal Surfaces fit us into their schedule and within a week we have beautiful floors! We couldn't be any happier with this company! I will recommend the to everybody I know.

Paula has been fantastic to work with! I was doing this project from out-of-state on a home that we rented, and tenants with pets DESTROYED! Thanks to the team at Royal Surfaces, we were able to salvage the original oak flooring that was in the condo, vs. overlaying them with the most cost-efficient laminate option available so we can list it for sale. I know the new owners will appreciate the fine workmanship done by Paula and the Royal Services team to restore these floors to their original condition! Much appreciation!!!

This is a great company to work with, they came in to my home taped off the frist floor before sanding. if you get the chance to work with Paula she is the best!!!!!!!

I hired Royal Surfaces to do a hardwood floor refinish for my rental property. My timeline was relatively short as I had tenants moving in within a week. Paula was great. She sent out an estimator the same day that we talked, and I had a quote by that evening. She was very professional and answered all of my questions which put my mind at ease. Not only were they able to refinish the hardwood floors on time, but it was an amazing quality job and for a reasonable price. The work they did was outstanding, and I will definitely work with them again in the future.

I hired Allison to install and finish my floors. We had ugly carpets before and wanted a change. His quote was very reasonable. He was very professional, explained all options available to us and helped us to choose the best color for our new floors. The process was quick and we were able to return home before expected. He did a wonderful job on our hardwood floors and stairs. I'm glad we made the decision of hiring him, because even after the job was done and paid he returned to check on our floors and make sure that everything looked good. I would definitely recommend his work!
