Paula and Alex were so professional, and made sure the project was done exactly how we wanted. Best service I've ever had by a contractor, would highly recommend.

Paula and Alex were great to work with. I did not meet the others who helped with the sanding of our floors. They did a good job covering cabinets and openings with plastic. There was only a thin layer of dust in joining rooms (as Paula says, "about a week's worth of dust", which is about right). Alex had to color match an adjoining room and did a great job with that. Our floors in the kitchen and eating nook had to be refinished due to a minor flood in January. I highly recommend the water based finish. Nice matte finish and hardly any smell. I highly recommend Royal Surfaces. On time, clean, professional.

Alex and Manny did an awesome job on our fhardwood floors. Alex repaired our water damaged floor, sanded, stained and did 3 coats of satin finish. The floors are beautiful! Alex and Manny were always on time and provided extra help as requested. I highly recommend their services.

Royal Surfaces did a good job. They had to come back to refinish underneath my refrigerator, but they completed the work & now the entire floor looks great. They were very responsive & customer service oriented.
