We were extremely please with Paula who came out and gave us an estimate which was well below what we were expecting. We agreed, and we waited a couple of weeks for the wood flooring to dry out. Paula called, set up an appointment, and Alex showed up on time and was wonderful to work with. His skills, work ethic, and professionalism is outstanding. If we have a problem in the future, they will be the company called.

Having just got burned by another individual, I was very sensitive to spending more money to fix all the problems. Paula, with Royal Surfaces, came out and saw the damage and was very understanding. They gave me a reasonable bid and I once more put my trust into someone I didn't know. The outcome was more than I could have hoped for; one beautiful floor that was done the correct way. This was all I ever wanted, They did what they said they would and showed up when they said they would. They have earned my trust and I will be calling them back in the next few months to do one more room. If you want good old fashion customer service with a reasonable price, I recommend Royal Surfaces.

I took on the task of hiring a wood floor refinishing company, after the (3) contractors from HomeAdvisor came out and one family friend, I hired Royal Surfaces. I liked the reviews I found online about them and the extra attention they gave me through the process. I was scheduled to go out of town the morning of they're scheduled arrival so they sent people by my house the night before to sand and apply the 3 colors I was thinking about, which is above the scope of work and contract. This company goes above and beyond the expectations. The day Royal Surfaces showed up to collect the balance, they even took the time to repair a scratch that I had made while moving my refrigerator back into place!
