Paul, I am not sure what you are referring to here. You met Patrick, Dylan, Billy, and myself. That is more than one worker. You also texted me the day after your job was completed at 12:04 pm. I responded at 8:01 pm and explained that I was on a plane and could not respond sooner, but that I would have someone come out that next day Aug 5th. We came out and tighten your union, which took one turn with a hand to stop it. If you don't think that is soon enough for you, you can never be pleased. Please do not lie in reviews its disgusting.

Good service, I had some issues with wiring and needed to take care of that myself.
I went with them because they were highly rated and significantly cheaper. I’d do it again. A couple of minor missteps because of communications which could be taken care of by a decent outline of expectations. They put the customer in charge of draining and filling pool. I’ve had liner pools for 40 years and replaced at least 4 liners but I worried over what could happen if I drained the pool too early and was told to drain it dry (that doesn’t really happen). I was also told to fill the pool while it had wrinkles I worried but they were right. There were a few things in between that they could have been headed of with a decent outline of expectations. Overall I’m very happy but it was some unnecessary worry on my part. I would be happy to help them develop outline if they’re interested.
My spa needed a new pump that was difficult to find coming out of the pandemic. They were very persistent in getting the correct pump. Although it took more time than I expected, their persistence paid off.
