Just wanted to say Royal pool service did a great job replacing our above ground liner. I over reacted and thought the liner was leaking 3 days later called and they came right back out that very morning. Talk about service after the sale. We are very pleased with the end result.

They first walked us through the problem to determine what the real issue was, which saved us time and money. They communicated to us when they would be at our house and were accurate. They also braved snow and were still on time.

They were quick and very professional. I bought a salt system that was too big for my pool but they called the manufacturer (even though they didn't have to) and got the info to get it installed so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. They also gave me the best estimate out of 4 other companies in my area. I would highly recommend Royal Pool Service to all my friends and family.

They came to my house when they said they would, they cleaned and removed my pool cover (which was a huge job), and cleaned up behind themselves. I found them professional, and would recommend them. My only disappointment was that they could not perform maintenance on a regular basis, due to the distance and lack of other business in my area making it unprofitable for them.
