Needed to replace a light in my pool that had gone bad. The cable would not pull out easily and most other pool companies did not want to touch the job. The ones that did, wanted to tear up my deck and charge a ridiculous amount for the repair. Royal Pool Services sent someone out, who not only was able to replace the light without any damage to my deck, but their price was very reasonable. I will use them for all my pool needs going forward and I recommend them highly.

Was looking to replace our inground pool liner. Royal responded quickly with a very competitive price and a great selection. The time to replace estimate was right on. The installation tech was a true pro. Great experience from start to swim.

Slow to respond. only has one worker.

Paul, I am not sure what you are referring to here. You met Patrick, Dylan, Billy, and myself. That is more than one worker. You also texted me the day after your job was completed at 12:04 pm. I responded at 8:01 pm and explained that I was on a plane and could not respond sooner, but that I would have someone come out that next day Aug 5th. We came out and tighten your union, which took one turn with a hand to stop it. If you don't think that is soon enough for you, you can never be pleased. Please do not lie in reviews its disgusting.
