John is amazing! He was super quick to answer our original phone call in regards to a biohazard bathroom cleaning job, followed-up with us in good timing, and came out for an emergency cleaning same day. Very reasonable prices and clear and detailed with his process. He does other offices in our firm - we highly recommend Royal Janitorial Services! We will be using him again, especially since other offices in our firm enjoy his pricing, him as a person, and his company. Thank you, John, for such a great bathroom cleaning!

I just recently met Amir, the owner of Royal Janitorial Services. After we talked briefly, I realized that it was his company that has been cleaning the building where I have my office. I asked him when his team started cleaning our offices and it coincided perfectly with when I noticed a market improvement in cleanliness in the bathrooms and common areas in general. Amir is friendly and kind and I am looking forward to working with his company in the future. Keep up the good work!

polite honest. gets right to work. 4.5 only that I would of liked if he had offered a way to remove the stains a bit more. let some solution sit on them for 24 hours after scrubbed possibly. then clean them next day. or a better solution to the stains than, a few cleanings over the next year. other wise good job done. thank you.
