Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent work and they cleaned up everything. Company went above what they were hired to do.
Very easy to work with and anxious to satisfy. Also, a very good price for the job. I am happy with their work and would use them again.
Roof Recovery was very responsive from my initial contact with them until the very end with the final inspection. Hands down would recommend this company to everyone.
Super efficient and responsive! Great customer service! Roof repair was easy and affordable! We worked with Alex, and he was amazing!

Super efficient and responsive! Fabulous customer service! Fantastic job on roof replacement and gutter replacement!! We worked with Ben and he was amazing!
I called Roof Recovery based on home advisors reviews when the company that initially installed the roof kept putting me off for months. I needed the roof inspected and some cracked tiles replaced. Roof Recovery replaced broken tiles and removed tiles and cleaned leaves and debris and replaced them from the channels. Iâ m very impressed with their service and the work performed. Now the final test will be when the first rains hit the roof. LOL.
Had the tile roof cleaned and repaired? Done in a couple of hours (which concerned me) Team forgot to clear the moss off the roof, did not clean gutters, and did not finish repairs... also did not clean up after themselves. Called and the lead/manager came back out to finish the job, unfortunately, when he knocked all the rubbish off the roof it settled back into the cracks they had previously cleared out. Requested a return visit, the same lead/manager came back out with a blower and was able to blow about 50% of what had settled before his battery died. I also questioned the quality of the reassembly of the tiles (large gaps in valleys, and unsupported tiles), he assured me that was normal, but that appeared to be the reason the rubbish was able to so easily settle back into the valleys. I finished the cleanup that they did not. Impressed with the willingness for return visits and ongoing communication, but disappointed they were required.
They were recommended by my neighbor who used them to repair a leak. I needed broken tiles replaced to prevent leaks. I also had some dry rot in my facia boards. They took pictures of everything they felt needed replacing and also some general preventative roof maintenance work. The work crew was very professional and friendly. The crew took pictures of the work being done and were sent to me so I could see the work. No hard sell. Great explanations on why certain things were recommended. Good to go for another 10+ yrs. Thanks Ben.
I had them do an inspection. Very courteous, respectful and prompt service. I am impressed with this company.
