cost estimates were all over the map. RR was not the cheapest but they took the time to understand the problem, went on the roof to identify the issues and found other items that needed attention. they stayed in contact with us during the entire process and made sure they completed all the work as specified. we would use them again if ever needed and have provided recommendations to my neighbors who may have similar problems. Highly recommend RR, Very pleased with the customer service and workmanship.

I had 5 companies come out to give me estimates for my shingle roof replacement and this company was the best company out of all 5. The process was easy and I really liked the fact that they were able to finance me on a good plan. I highly recommend them.

Ben kept me informed about the issues obtaining the right tile to replace and when they might be able to do the job. This occurred around the Veterans Day and rain on and off but he kept me aware of what was happening. We walked the roof together and agreed on what was needed. He was very helpful even though this was a small job.
