Roof Recovery

Are tile roof repair and overhaul is just completed so we can assume all will holdup well. Alex was great I. Meeting with us initial, taken actual photos of roof assessment and explaining to us issues and options. Additionally, they showed up each time for a 3 day job day exactly when they said they would. Weâ re considerate with debris fall and clean up. I also feel confident that we need them further assist or have an issue Alex and team will be available and on it. We have no hesitation in referring them to others.

Prompt. Completed the job when initially scheduled. Frequently communicated with updates.

I had a leak where my heating unit's vent pipe goes through the roof. Adam came out and inspected the roof and confirmed that it just needed caulking. He said he would try to schedule the job when a crew was in the area to keep the cost down. He called me back and told me he couldn't find any other jobs in my area and that it would cost $250. I told him that I was willing to pay that price to have someone else do it because I didn't want to get on my second story roof. He sent a contract to me and I signed it. Nobody showed up on the day they were supposed to make the repair so I called them back the next day. Adam apologized and scheduled me for the next day. He came out and made the repair the next day. I met him when he came down from the roof and he showed me pictures of the repair and then told me there would be no charge. I was shocked and very appreciative. That has never happened before. I promised him I would give him a good review so here it is.

Iâ  ve used Roof Recovery 3 times now and Ben is great! Very thorough in explaining issue and fix and provides both before and after pics. Iâ  ve recommended them a few times and all have been satisfied.

They were fast, friendly and available to do the work almost right away. They did a nice work both with the repair and the cleanup afterwards

Once they arrived the work was done quickly and professionally and they went above and beyond to locate any other possible problem areas and fixed them quickly and reasonably before they became bigger problems.
