They were very responsive. Their service consultant was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and did the repair immediately. In addition assesed the remainder of the roof and made additional repairs that he suggested might be a problem in the near future. Excellent service.

Ronald West Roofing called me the same day I inquired about a roofing company. After speaking to 2 other companies who made me feel like they didn't want the job because it was too small, Ronald West Roofing was at my door that afternoon to bid the job! They did what they said they would do and kept me in the loop along the way. Great Job and I highly recommend them!

Ron and Paul were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made the repair on the date they promised. Overall great job. A bit pricier than I was hoping but they did provide a 3 year warranty on parts and labor.

The owner of the company, Ron West, did the work himself. They were very prompt, and did the work quickly. I thought the pricing was fair. The roof itself looks great, however, some woodwork was done to the ceiling underneath. The woodwork was ok, but there were some nails sticking out of the wood and some of the planks were chipped, which keeps me from giving the quality a 4 or 5.

Honestly, I can not rate quality and value as the job was completed only several hours ago; plus, it hasn't rained yet. However, Paul J. came by this morning as he managed an early opening; took pics; did the estimate; agreed. Not an hour later his repairman was on site working on the roof repair. Job completed quickly and efficiently. Paul came by afterwards accompanied by the head honcho himself, Ron West. Informed if issue continues will have someone out soonest possible to remedy issue. All were very personable.
