Robert appeared at my house the day after I called for a quote, which was quite reasonable based upon what I needed done, which was heavy trimming of 2 trees that had branches overhanging the roof of my garage and my neighbor's garage, plus removal of 7-8 saplings 3" diameter. Robert scheduled my job for 1 week later, and showed up promptly with his experienced crew who worked like coordinated clockwork to haul tree limbs to the chipper while Robert expertly trimmed my trees' branches. My branches had electric power drop lines as well as phone and cable tv lines interweaved with the branches, and Robert was able to expertly sequence and direct the branch falls so they easily cleared these lines with nary a wiggle. Robert and his crew are experienced Pro's, and it shows in both his work and attitude. I am happy as a clam and will use Robert Tree Trimming again and highly recommend you do so too..!!

unsatisfied with the work. did not do what we agreed on. job was incomplete. charged me full price instead of discount bc he did not do complete job.

I am sorry for experience, I believed everything was done at your liking. I even did extra work by cutting down the dead apple tree and cut the top off the black walnut tree which was not included in the contract which I did not charge you also the vines was removed from the tree towards the rear of the property for free. If you think there was an issue I am also open, you could have talked to me. If you did not think the job was completed you should not have paid me at that point. You could have spoken at that moment to resolve any issue. Before I left I called you to inspect the work.

I requested a quote from a few professionals that were recommended through the Home Advisor website. Robert’s Tree Service responded to my request within sixty seconds. It was after four thirty in the evening when we spoke yet he agreed to come by that same day to look at the job. He gave me his estimate within ten minutes. The job was “weather dependent” and when the day came i doubted he would be able to do it. Shockingly he came out as agreed and had the job finished by the time i got home. His promptness and professionalism are top tier. 100 out of 100 recommend this company

Second job he has done for us and as before very efficient and had plenty of help. Knows his stuff and has excellent safety measures place for all his workers. I would highly recommend. He had to have a crane at one of the sites and got into a very small space between houses. I would have him do any job
