They have excellent customer service they are very informative and they let me know up front what they were going to do to eliminate the raccoons in my attic and the cost. They are a great value for the money and they are true to their word. I would recommend them to everyone !

I was pleased and excited when the man came and I contracted with him to get rid of the rodents. He said they would come back every 2 or 3 days to check the traps. He came 2 days later and not again until 5 days after that. He set several traps but the rats ate the peanut butter off of the trap and was not caught. My husband saw a rat in his man cave but it hasnt been caught. I am hoping this problem will soon be resolved. I paid big money to him to have my problem taken care of. I feel I have not received good value of my money. Not sure if I would recommend them or not. Only time will tell if my problem is resolved.

The man was very pleasant and thorough in his assessment of my job. I have not seen or heard more than 1 roach tonight since he sprayed today. Time will tell, but I'm happy that part of his process is to come back in 2 weeks to spray the babies who will have since hatched out of their egg sacs, and before they have matured enough to reproduce.
