This is a family owned business, and you'll most likely be dealing with the owner. Jesse was very helpful in assessing whether I had a current termite problem or not, and determined that I did not. Nonetheless I hired him to put in a termiticide barrier and he did so, at a good price. I also had a problem with a squirrel in the attic, and he rodent proofed all entries and set up a Havahart trap to catch the one squirrel inside. Again, his price was very reasonable. I would use this company again, if needed.

Highly recommend them. Jesse, the owner, is very nice, always smiling, and does what he says he will do. We had 2 raccoons in our attic and was able to trap both of them due to his persistence and follow up. Made numerous trips to our house. We call them again in a heartbeat.

First visit . Answered my question in a professional manner. Told of some observations of potential pest problems and his correction actions. I made a quarterly commitment with this company

Only comment ... was to get a call first as it was a rental and did not. Otherwise great.

Twenty minutes after they were late I got a call from their office to say they had stopped to get gas but were on their way. They were nearly 45 minutes late and no apology when they arrived. I hired them because I was desperate to get a raccoon removed from the attic. They set the trap (with my can of cat food!) so we shall see if it works in a couple of days
