Would love to give a better review? However, it took almost 2½ years to get our project completed. And while we are still under warranty, we are having problems with Lance even answering our phone calls or texts or a letter written from our lawyer to correct some major issues with our plumbing. And electrical, along with several small problems. It's going to cost several thousands of dollars to get fixed something that should be fixed by him. As we are still under warranty.

We hire this so called ?pro? Lance Ray back in August to built a deck , he disappeared on us and it?s almost mid December and we have been trying to get in touch with him with no luck . We don?t want to press charges , we want for him to bring the materials we already paid for as we have hired someone else to finish the job and to our dismay found out that this so called ?pro? never filed for a permit with the city and that the wood was never treated I have no idea the people that has given him good reviews if they are real or like a neighbor told us , maybe they are relatives Anyhow we are ready to go to the city and put a complaint as he can?t get away with this . See how he left the project ( picture attached ) , this is a guy that did one year of community college . Our bad for not doing more research on him Update as of 01/05/2026 I?m updating my previous review. At the beginning of the project, we experienced significant communication issues and the job was left unfinished for a period of time, which was very frustrating and led me to post a negative review. After that, communication resumed, he returned, and the original project was completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the finished work met our expectations. Because the project was ultimately resolved and completed well, we decided to hire him again for an additional project. I feel it?s important to share the full experience so others can make an informed decision. Below find pictures of the finished job!

What a great experience! Lance and team did a whole list of remodels items in 5 day. Flooring, paint, custom retail desks, carpet. We scheduled 7 days and the completed it on 5. Lance build a beautiful desk and credenza. I would recommend H & B construction services to everyone!

Our $1.5million house was finished in 2017. We are now replacing the metal roof due to poor installation of materials and water damage to gutters and stucco at a cost of $75,000. Since our house was completed, we have had repairs to Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Doors and windows. Stucco is bubbling due to water damage. Lance Ray and his crew did all of this work and we are now paying for it. Different company, same owner. DO NOT use this guy to repair or build anything. You will be sorry!!!
