"TK is truly a craftsman who takes pride in his work. TK's dependability has earned our respect. Diane, my wife, and I agree that he is excellent to work with. We asked TK to rebuild our deck, and he exceeded all expectations. Due to TKâ s expertise and professionalism, we have requested TK to tackle additional home repairs."

Adjusted, lubed, and repaired the opener and rails, plus, sealed drafts (that others didnâ t) to ensure smooth operation. Quick response in bad weather, very reliable."

Plaster - Install, Drywall - Install
"Raul and his crew did an excellent job removing old interior drywall that was starting to crumble in a 55 year old home, and then reframed the sublevel foundation wall. Next, they added new drywall, texture, & paint. They also built a 7 ft wide closet with 6 shelves and clothes hanging bar with sliding closet doors. Everything turned out great with excellent finishing touches (new window trim & baseboards). Raul also helped with several other small maintenance jobs --- added new concrete curb at backdoor, patched & textured & painted other small cracks in drywall, repaired broken window shutter & gutter that blew down in a storm. You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
