I hate getting my carpets cleaned. That's one of the reasons why I hadn't had it done since we bought the house. The others consisted of: no one ever seemed to know what they were doing, the stains wouldn't go away, and the dirt seemed to come back even worse after having it done, annnnnnd lets face it, I was lazy and really didn't want to move all that furniture. So, RestoClean was recommended to me and I was promised they would treat me right, do a great job. I was still skeptical, but I appreciate word of mouth referral, so I tried them. We called Resto Clean to clean our home carpets. Our carpets had some severe pet damage from our dog from when we were on vacation. I called Nate at 6:00pm and he sent Colt over the next morning. Colt was a very nice guy who did the service and was very professional. However, he did not allow enough time to do the initial job due to the severity of the damage and we had to have them come out 3 separate times. It cost about $580.00 including a carpet protector the sprayed that is good for 1 year for any spots we can't get out. They made it right, and that is what counts.

We came out and cleaned customers carpets 3 times within a 6 month period (free of cost to them). The carpet in this house has so much pet damage it should be replaced. I also was never paid by the customer, every time we asked for payment he wanted it cleaned again. Finally we took off the amount for the warranty and pet treatment and said we would not work with them again.

Colt and Cody did an amazing job on our carpet. From beginning to end, their level of professionalism and customer service was exceptional, and their pricing fit our budget perfectly. I will not hesitate to use them again and will highly recommend them to others.

They did a great job! It would be nice if they had a camera to go into the ducts to see how things were, but overall they did a great job. Try to do this during the summertime, it is easier.
