They dislodged my dryer vent under my house when cleaning it, then left me to figure out how to reconnect it. They said they don't fix that when they break it! I had to call another real HVAC company to reconnect my venting. I should have just called a real HVAC company in the first place. Way to take responsibility!

Response from Company:

Please call me as soon as possible this is not how we do business. 208-899-4442 You should not have been charged for the service. I later found out that the technician never charged this customer for the service, he recommended a HVAC company because her vent was disconnected before the cleaning. Customer never called back.

Very honest guys. When they arrived at my home and evaluated the problem they discovered my mold problem was only on the surface. Therefore they sprayed it and don't charge me. Would definitely hire them in the future.
